Returns Policy

We strive to make sure you are satisfied with your Venhill purchases, however, we understand that there may be occasions when you want to return items to us... 

My Product Did Not Fit 
If an item you purchased did not fit as expected, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to inform us of the issue. We are happy to give you a full refund of the cost of the items (not including shipping). Items should be returned with their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Hoses must not have been exposed to brake fluid and cables must be in as new condition. Keep in mind there can be a wide range of reasons why an item did not fit. All of our items intended as a direct Original Equipment replacement are intended as faithful replicas of the parts fitted by the original manufacturer. 

My Product was Damaged in Transit 
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 calendar days from receipt. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse reasonable return carriage costs. 

My Product is Faulty on Arrival 
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 14 calendar days in which to inform us of the issue. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse reasonable return carriage costs. 

My Item Develops a Fault in the Warranty Period 
If any of your purchases develop a fault, provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair or replacement. 

What's Covered for Warranty Repair/Replacement? 
Venhill Powerhose Plus Hoses
Venhill Powerhose Plus hoses sold by and shipped by Venhill USA are warranted free from defects or manufacturing faults for their lifetime to the original purchaser. Please note that this warranty covers only manufacturing defects and only for Powerhose Plus hose segments (swivel to swivel), not including attached hardware (i.e. banjo fittings). However, we may extend the warranty to include attached hardware at our discretion. 

All Other Venhill Products
All other products manufactured by Venhill are warranted free from manufacturing defects for 12 months. This includes but is not limited to Powerhose and Powerhose Plus fittings, cable assemblies, and cable components. If a Venhill product develops a fault in the warranty period, simply return it and we will repair or replace it. Note: Repairing of cables covers inner wires only. 

General Notes:
We do not cover damage to other parts as a result of fitting the Venhill products (e.g. damaged internal threads, damaged engine components). Warranty does not cover replacement of damaged parts after a crash, collision or other impact that subjects it to a force greater than it would expect to receive under normal use (e.g. suspension travel). 

Other products not made by Venhill are subject to their own manufacturer’s warranty. For more information about specific products, please contact us. 

If You Change Your Mind 
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, please inform us of your decision within 14 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us*. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods, you have 14 days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at Venhill Engineering, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method. 

* Please Note: We do not accept refunds/exchanges for hydraulic hoses once they have been exposed to brake fluid. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for bespoke/custom made products. 

Need To Return An Item? 
Please send return items to our address (below) clearly marked 'Returns'. Please include a copy of your invoice, your contact details and the reason for returning the items.

Venhill USA is not responsible for returns that are lost by the carrier. We recommend using a return carrier offering package insurance.
