The Venhill Universal Clutch Cable Kit is a high-quality, "build-your-own" cable kit suitable for generally any motorcycle clutch application.

This is a practical, durable kit for building your own clutch cable for a custom chopper, a unique classic, a show project, or a vintage race bike.

The conduit is spiral wound steel covered with tough black PVC.

The inner liner is Teflon™ for smooth action and zero maintenance.

The wire is galvanized steel for long life and easy soldering.

One end of the inner wire is fitted with a barrel nipple (nominally 6mm dia x 10mm). The opposite end will need to be cut to length and the required nipple soldered into place. The ferrules and adjusters are a snug fit. They may be bonded into place if preferred, or you can use a center punch to make a small indention in the side. You will need a basic soldering kit and basic soldering skills to solder the nipple into place.

• 1 brass barrel nipple, 8mm DIA x 9mm

• 1 brass trumpet nipple, 6mm -> 3.5mm OD, 2.5 ID, 9.5mm length
• 1 N8 nylon nipple sleeve, 8mm OD
• 1 N10 nylon nipple sleeve, 3/8" OD
